The Supplemental Information files have been packaged in a .zip file. To view them, you will need to save the file to your disk and extract out the contents. PC users can right click on the link and choose the "Save As" option. Mac users should hold the mouse button down on the link to get these same options.
Four table files are in Microsoft Office format (.xlsx), one table file is in Excel Macro-Enabled Workbook format, two files are in Microsoft Word format (.docx), and two files are compressed (.kmz and .zip).
